Home Inspections R Us, LLC located in Rye NY, ensures the work we do for you is thorough and complete. Our service includes a check of the structure of the house including the foundation, roofing, interior and exterior walls, all electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.

We look for possible drainage issues on the outside of the house which could negatively affect the foundation of your house.

Understand that we are not architects or engineers. We cannot quote code by law but can tell you what we see. From our experience, if something does not look correct, we will point it out to you. Architects/Engineers look at the structure of the building and usually do not look at much more than that whereas we look at everything as long as there are no obstructions in our way.

Why are we different than other inspectors? We look at your home as if we were buying it.

You are invited to walk through the house with us as the inspection takes place so we would help you learn about the house through our eyes. It is always helpful for us to have a conversation with the customer before the inspection to hear your concerns.
